Josh was born in Binghamton, New York and attended Chenango Valley Jr./Sr. High School. After graduating college at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, Josh attended Albany Law School of Union University. While in law school Josh practiced law under a student practice order and worked to assist indigent disabled individuals to ensure that their civil rights were not violated and that their needs were being met. After graduation Josh worked as general counsel for small law firms eventually working in the insurance defense field representing attorneys, doctors and independent insurance agents and brokers against adverse claims. Josh continued in the insurance field joining Stockton, Barker & Mead, LLP as an Associate Attorney in 2014. Josh devotes 100% of his practice to Workers' Compensation defense and is admitted in New York, Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
